Current Favorite Spring-to-Summer Outfit!

Hey loves! Where I live its aalllmost summer which means its time to whip out some jean shorts and sundresses! Right? Well, not quite. In California, our weather hasn't quite gotten the memo that it's June yet, so we are still a little chilly. But thats fine by me... more time to enjoy some of my favorite spring fashion! Keep reading to see one of my current favorite outfits!

I am obsessed with this outfit right now, especially this jacket! While all of the pieces individually are pretty simple, the jacket adds a little detail and "pizzaz" ✨. I was stoked when I found it since I had seen similar embellished jackets go for a lot more than this affordable little gem!

I chose to go with a light pink shirt underneath as a little homage to the soon-ending spring season. The color also gives a nice chic vibe that matches the embellishments on the jacket, while keeping the look laid back. Most plain tee shirts would work with this look, I would stay on the pastel side because you don't want to distract from the dainty details on the jacket. A white or light purple shirt would match the vibe! And, of course, I never leave a tee untucked!

These jeans are always a stand by for me! They keep a look more soft than jet black jeans do, which I love! The gray also gives off a more vintage and worn-in vibe. Plus, they are a thrift find which makes them even better! A little black belt with a silver buckle to tie in with the studs on the jacket is a perfect addition!

Finally, I wore my crisp white sandals (knock off birkenstocks cause ya girl is on a budget haha😂). These comfy go-to shoes tie this look together so well by making the embellishments pop! The white and silver correspond perfectly with the pearls and studs on the jacket! Any white shoes would go well with this look, its all about making those little details pop!
